Because the majority of the German population currently lacks experiences with electric mobility, constructs assessing electric mobility and charging options are mostly built through public media and comparison to vehicles with an internal combustion engine.
The dependence of the hole drift mobility with the applied electric field was analysed in the scope of both, the Poole–Frenkel emission model and a density of state model which does not invoke the existence of charged traps.
