When the temperature is lowered below Tg, the response time for molecular rearrangement becomes much larger than experimentally accessible times, so that liquidlike mobility (Figure 1, right) disappears and the atomic configuration becomes frozen into a set of fixed positions to which the atoms are tied (Figures 1, left, and 2B).
Specifically, the drain current and transconductance were enhanced, resulting in a more than five-fold increase of mobility (Figure 6b).
The high surface phonon energy of AlN (Table 2) resulted in weaker temperature dependence of mobility (Figure 5f).
The first region possessed a 21 kb island (pMR68 co-coordinates: 59,285 71,020 and 1 9,472), which contained genes involved in mercurial resistance and mobility (Figure 1).
The QD conjugates were characterized by spectrofluorimetry and 1% agarose electrophoresis, presenting a blueshift in the maximum fluorescence wavelength and a slow electrophoretic mobility (Figure 1).
After incorporating the nanocapsule suspension into a hydrogel (G-NC), the creaming disappeared because of the higher viscosity of the hydrogel, which reduces the particle mobility (Figure 6b).
This network with low reactivity R of organic component and glass transition temperature near −50°C (Figure 7) is characterized by high molecular mobility (Figure 7a), elasticity (Figure 7b), number and mobility of charge carriers (Figure 7c,d) and, correspondingly, relatively high values of permittivity and conductivity.
According to a report by Sabri et al., deposition of a thin polymeric layer (a 168 nm film of Parylene-C) on SiO2 provided the same effect as SAM treatment in terms of reduced hysteresis and enhanced mobility (Figure 4c) [78].
The structure of this hybrid network is highly cross-linked with low molecular mobility (Figure 8e), due to the short length of organic chains and high reactivity of organic component.
