The increasing D2D communication in 5G networks has renewed interest in an effective middleware design for MANET where application developers face various challenges such as unstable connectivity, high error rate, mobility induced disruption and disconnection, and limited battery power.
The collected NMR relaxation data, together with the low number of NOE restrains for Glu221 and Ser222, additionally confirmed an increased mobility, and the disruption of helical conformation at those positions (Figures 3, 4A and 4B).

The mobile environment is subject to the high probability of disruptions due to mobility, where fixed infrastructure is frequently unavailable and network partitions are common.
In CRSN, one of the major issues is the disruption caused by nodes' mobility.
