(d) Modulus of Elasticity: The elastic modulus provides the correlation between restrained strains and stresses, and it is known to be dependent on the mixture proportions, unit weight, maturity, aggregate modulus, strength, and moisture condition.
Kinetic study of CO oxidation in combination with experiments of temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO) and reduction (TPR) have been performed on various unsupported crystalline manganese oxides (MnOx); while the reactivity shows an order of MnO ≤ MnO2 < Mn2O3 in a mixture of unit ratio of O2/CO at/below 523 K.
The influence of the maximum replacement amount on the fresh mixture (slump, unit weight, setting time, bleeding), hardened (compressive strength and ultrasonic pulse velocity) and durability (quadruple type resistance and length change) was investigated to determine the influence of high contents of recycled aggregate and recycled pozzolanic admixtures on the properties of the concrete.
PCR was performed in a total reaction volume of 50 μL containing 38.25 μL of sterilized water, 0.2 mM dNTP mixture, 0.125 unit of AmpliTaq Gold (Applied Biosystems, Foster City, California, USA), 1.5 mM reaction buffer with MgCl2 (Applied Biosystems), 0.5 μM of each primer, and 5 ng of template DNA.
To each mixture, 0.5 units of endoproteinase Asp-N were added.
