To investigate the relationship between V˙o2 and ODBA during the activity experiments, a mixed linear effects model (V˙o2 = ODBA + Activity Level + ODBA*Activity Level + Toad ID[random] + ODBA*Toad ID) tested for a relationship between V˙o2 and ODBA, and whether this relationship varied depending upon activity level and individual toad.
