The rate of LTG clearance differed by 10-fold between groups with an estimated mixing fraction of 23% in the subpopulation meaning that during pregnancy, LTG CL/F increases from 2.16 L/h to 6.88 L/h in 77% of women, while in the remaining 23%, CL/F increases from the 2.16 L/h to only 2.62 L/h.
