Three additional localities in Canada obtained from museum specimens (Spray River, Columbia River, and Lee Creek) were excluded from the analysis due to missing sequence data, however a separate analysis that included only sequences from COI and CYTB showed that they also fall in the Northern Rockies clade (and thus are shown in Fig. 3 as belonging to the Northern Rockies clade).
