I half hoped that someone at the study day would provide me with the missing citation for the quotation, but nobody seemed to know where it came from.
Our detailed analysis of one monograph for the reasons for the missing citations (ie, those that were in WoS but not Scopus) showed incomplete entries of the cited monographs in Scopus and missing citation links to the monograph.

In particular, it can be used not only by authors to integrate the bibliographies of their work, but also by editors of scientific journals to uncover missing citations and identify the appropriate reviewers for the papers they are considering for publication.
