As with GFP, IC tagging caused relocation of Luc to muNS-related inclusions in insect cells co-expressing GFP-muNS-Mi (Figure 5A, panel 4), while untagged Luc showed no association with inclusions (Figure 5A, panel 3).

Thus, in presence of a reference panel, MI should be not only more useful (imputations being more accurate) but also more tractable (probably applicable when dealing with hundreds of thousands of markers).
