X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the microstructures of the coating were mainly composed of HA, amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) and some minute phases of tricalcium phosphate (TCP, α-TCP and β-TCP), tetracalcium phosphate (TTCP) and calcium oxide (CaO).
The experimental sequence involved nine separate 5 minute phases, each preceded by a one minute pause (Pause) during which BP was measured and they were instructed on the next phase.
Significant correlations were found between the intensity difference and fibrosis grade (Spearman's correlation coefficients: 5-minute phase, ρ = 0.47, P < 0.0001; 10-minute phase, ρ = 0.64, P < 0.0001, 15-minute phase, ρ = 0.79, P < 0.0001)/fibrosis ratio (Fig. 4).
In the first 5 minutes (phase 1) a significant decreased was observed for 100 and 300 mg/kg Lac-FR compared to morphine (10 mg/kg, i.p).
After this initial phase, at approximately 30 minutes, a second phase begins.
From time 28 to 38 minutes, the second phase of dye uptake is observed, and this phase is associated with large bleb dilation (Fig 6, red arrows).
The data accumulated in 5-minute increments were organized up to 10 minutes from the 0 minute point for the first phase and up to 20 minutes from 10 minutes for the second phase.
● In the second phase (6 8 minutes), 60 messages are broadcast from the source node and propagated through the network.
The first phase results in a transient peak of secretion lasting only a few minutes, whereas the second phase maintains a lower but persistent secretion rate.
