Prospectively gated MRI (4.7T Bruker BioSpec, FLASH TR/TE 400/3ms, spatial resolution 140μm in 1mm slices) were acquired prior to PET acquisition (approx. 25MBq 18F-FDG bolus, 45 minute emission listmode acquisition reconstructed with 3DRP in four cardiac frames) on a split-magnet PET camera [2].
Six minute transmission scans were followed by 20 minute emission scans.
The 5 minute emission intensities from reaction mixtures containing various concentrations of YOYO-1 were virtually identical at the 24 hour time point (data not shown).

Briefly, a 20 minutes emission scan was started 35 minutes after injection of 4 6 mCi of 18FDG.
For the segmented whole body scans, scanning from brain to pelvis was begun 4 min post [11C]d-methamphetamine injection for a total of 7 segments (12 min/segments with 8 minutes emission and 4 minutes transmission).
