The word "mins" is not a correct word in English, though it may be understood in some contexts.
For example, if you were to say "I got to the store in 5 mins," it could be understood to mean "I got to the store in 5 minutes." Otherwise, it should not be used in written English.
Q: Aren't there lots of physical activities that take longer than 30 mins? A: You still benefit from the afterglow of an hour, so that would buy you about 90 minutes of neuropriming.
59 mins A bit of a lull in the game.
94 mins A comedy about a techno-illiterate couple whose homemade porn movie goes viral – it almost writes itself, right?
Try to walk or exercise for at least for 30 to 45 mins a day, maybe at a park or while talking with a friend over phone or going for longer walk with someone special.
