In addition, T122K and AGU-Fin showed only a very minor band for the β subunit, which was not detectable in R116W transfected cells.
No evidence of off-target integrants was detected among eight clones, except that one minor band showing slightly longer size than expected was observed in one out of eight clones (Supplementary Fig. 8b).
Such graphene reveals undistorted band structure characteristic to quasifreestanding graphene with small n-doping and a minor band gap at the Dirac point (∼200 meV) which depends weakly on the concentration of Bi.
The conjugates with 40-fold molar excess of LC-SPDP biolinker gave major bands of the predicted molecular weights for one and two toxin A chains per antibody molecule (approximate MW, 180,000 and 210,000, respectively) and a minor band of MW 240,000 representing three toxin A chains per antibody molecule (see Supplementary Fig. S1).
The minor band at 1,253 cm-1 is from amide III (random coil) for protein.
There is a minor band near 1580 cm−1 that corresponds to H2O.
The minor band range 570 715 cm−1 indicate presences of small amounts of siliceous and alumina-silicate material.
Two activity bands were determined: a minor band of approx. 80 kDa and a dominating band between 130 and 180 kDa (Fig. 4).
Furthermore, a minor band at around 1,610 cm-1 assigned as the D′ band is evidently observed for the as-sprayed CNTF.
The main band at about 75 kD standard band corresponds to full-sized [125I]SGMIB-MNT (57%), while the minor band at about 150 kD (12%) is consistent with an MNT dimer.
Forsterite from experiments doped with Ti reveals less complex spectra than those from [Si] experiments, with only two major bands and one minor band, which are present in each direction (Fig. 4).
