Considering that the search space was expanded greatly, and the normal FDR value such as 0.01 may not be suitable, we minimized this value to 10-6 [ 8].
At the i-th step of the outer loop, the TRR on all but the i-th spectrum is estimated using 5-fold CV and the hyperparameters minimizing this value are selected.
