Discover Ludwig"Mind run" is not a grammatically correct phrase in standard written English
It would be more appropriate to use "mind wander" or "thoughts run through my mind." For example, "My mind often wanders during long lectures" or "Various thoughts run through my mind when I can't sleep at night."
