Cast Mind Blast, then Mind Flay again; the druid should be very low.
By then, Devouring Plague should be about out and Mind Blast is ready to go again.
You need Power Word: Pain, Devouring Plague, Vampiric Touch, Mind Blast, Smite, Mind Flay, then repeat without Power Word: Pain.
Cast a Mind Blast and follow it up with a Mind Flay; the druid should be healing now.
If you speced shadow properly, your Mind Blast will do more damage on Power Word: Pain inflicted targets.
Then, another good nuke to use is Smite, if only just to kill time and put out extra dps while waiting for Mind Blast to cooldown.
If not, heal, fear, run off, drink, shadow melt, and replay the duel... continue doing this until you win, if need, you can cast an extra smite, or mind blast right at the end to finish it off.
Or, if that seems a stretch, look for clues to the workings of the corporate mind by blasting to the edge of space in a Soviet-era MIG-25.
