GFPmut3.1 variant can be detected after a short lag-phase of only 10 min, it shows a high fluorescence yield in relation to the amount of reporter protein, a good signal to noise ratio and a low detection limit.
We recorded its behavior for 3 min after it showed the initial sniffing response.
After 45 min, the RP meal induced a rapid rise in SBWC while for the WMB meal the SBWC remained close to zero up to 135 min and it showed only a delayed and limited rise.
After 20 min, it was shown with precision the lymphatic drainage until the first lymph node station from both sides.
However, in women, even with a reasonable exercise volume (duration of 45 min), it was shown that TG can decline within even 1.5 h of exercise cessation (Lee et al. 1991), but it was not yet known if TG could decline soon after exercise in men as well.

This study is the first molecular analysis of mammary tumor progression in the four MIN-O mouse lines, and it shows that MIN-Os, mouse mammary premalignant lesions, are already genetically and molecularly advanced, with molecular and genomic profiles similar to those of invasive tumors.
