While hNSCs in EF medium generated typical floating neurospheres the FPN-treated hNSCs showed a large proportion of small clusters and isolated cells adhering to the flasks and showing the morphology of migrating progenitors (Fig. 4B).
Treatment of mitotic extracts with calf intestine phosphatase led to the disappearance of the slower migrating band, showing that C13orf3 is phosphorylated during mitosis.
These embryos had germ band retraction (GBR) and dorsal closure (DC) defects [44], including an irregular leading edge of migrating cells (not shown); and typically had embryonal curvature and a posterior opening in the dorsal cuticle (Fig. 1C, Fig. 2).
Knockdown of calpain 2, but not calpain 1 nor control siRNA-treated cells, inhibited calpain activity at the trailing edge of the migrating T cell showing active calpain 2 is concentrated in this region (Fig. 5C,D).
A majority of migrating birds show nocturnal flight behavior when flying toward and back from their wintering and breeding grounds (Christensen et al. 2004; Hill et al. 2014; Hüppop et al. 2012).
Examination of vertical structures of these tidal components (not shown in this paper) reveals that significant signatures of the in situ-driven migrating tides do not appear until about 115 to 120 km; thus the migrating tides shown here originate in the lower atmosphere.
Indeed, the most protruding migrating cells show the highest expression of SPRR at the cell periphery (Figure 1B).
As an example, the resulting number of migrating atoms is shown for B4402 and Nclust = 2 in Figure 11.
Meanwhile, to further indicate the localization of GFP-RUFY3 at the migrating edge, we showed the localization of a cell undergoing a scratch wound assay and found that most of the SGC-7901 cexpressingssinGFP-RUFY3Y3 formed the protrusion at the cell periphery by sequential scanning, and rarely detected in GFP-expressing cells.
