There was greater difference between WC-IC and WC-mid measurements in women than in men (P < 0.001).
Using these cutoffs, in the current study, we found that the sensitivity of WC-IC measurement values for identifying or predicting hypertension, diabetes, and MS was greater than that of WC-mid measurements.
No significant difference was found between wavelengths in DB-dynamic and DB-mid measurement errors during both experiments (see Table 2).
