The two main MID clusters with non-biological process GO enriched terms were clusters 5 and 7. Cluster 5 was over-enriched with 57% of terms that included the term "regulation", and cluster 7 displayed under-enrichment in cell-cycle genes, phosphorylation, and regulation of cell proliferation and developmental processes.
The mid development cluster (MD) contained 168 genes (169 features) with expression peaking at 60 and 87 DAA and low expression at other stages of development.
