During acquisition of the hybridization signal the microarray is left in the hybridization solution.
In order to uncover the so far unknown "group labels" of the 6 remaining microarrays (Arrays 1 and 5 were left out), a correspondence analysis (CA) was performed with all genes of the Affymetrix microarray.
