21, 24 The microarray data sources were obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO).
Publically available microarray gene expression data sets were sourced from the NCBI gene expression omnibus (GEO) database (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/) and normalized data used to determine the relative levels of genes of interest using methods previously described [ 32].
We used microarray data from two sources for our analysis.
