An important feature of SVM is that they can successfully handle datasets with a small number of observations and thousands of independent variables, the so called 'large p small n paradigm', which make them an attractive tool for microarray data [ 6- 8] or for information retrieval where each document is described by a vector with as many indexes as possible words [ 9].
Biclustering problems arise in DNA microarray data analysis, collaborative filtering, market research, information retrieval, text mining, electoral trends, exchange analysis, and so forth.
There is an associated interactive software for presentation of microarray data, displaying data as tables, charts, or "matrices," selective data retrieval, filtering, sorting, and deep mining of every data point.
