This study seeks to increase knowledge about the macro-, meso-, and micro-level relationships concerning patient involvement and the use of patient experiences in QI in Norway.
Brinkerhoff and Bossert [ 13] offer an approach to conceptualizing governance that focuses on the micro level of relationships among system actors, nested within wider organizational and system settings.
In our future work we will put forward functional dynamics of complex network by incorporating network centrality and weighted clustering coefficient for identifying micro level communities and their associated relationship.
Thus, health care ethics could be analyzed at two levels: the micro level (the ethics of doctor-patient relationships) and the macro level (the ethics of health policy-making, which can be realized by applying the principles of equal access, reasonable quality, affordable care and shared responsibilities).
