The Fn-ATT-4, Fn-ATT-24 and Fn-4 were also predicted with relatively high confidence with all four mice for Fn-ATT-4 and three of four mice for the other two classes.
Seven days after the first priming vaccination, both IgG1 and IgG2 antibodies were clearly suppressed in TLR7−/− mice while there was no effect on the antibody levels of the two classes in TLR9−/− mice compared with wild-type mice (Fig. 7A and B).
Both the Stat1−/− and Pik3ca-H1047R modelsmodels, which define these two classes respectively, are often ER positive [ 36, 37], and these data suggest that they have MatureLum features.
Additionally, two classes of mouse models [ 14] have been developed for investigating the molecular genetics of DS, either mouse models with partial trisomies of the syntenic regions of HSA21 in mouse chromosomes 10, 16 or 17, such as Ts16 [ 15], Ts65Dn [ 16] and Ts1Cje mice [ 17], or transgenic mice for specific genes such as SOD1 [ 18].
However, in mice lacking neuronal Crk and CrkL, two classes of PC were identified: those that failed to migrate to their final destinations (cyan blue box), and those that migrated to the PC plate (white box) (Fig. 2c).
Finally, the data is classified using a number of high-dimensional tools, either in a model of two classes (comparing untreated with immunized mice) or four classes (comparing untreated mice with day 5 immunized, day 14 immunized and day 60 immunized).
At 3, 4.5, and 6 months the ductal branching patterns in normal mammary glands of 24 virgin mice from all six classes were examined in carmine stained whole mounts.
Two classes define Haptophytes.
Based on the analysis of Ush1c transcripts in the mouse inner ear, three classes of harmonin isoforms (a, b and c) are predicted (25) (Fig. 1).
