A group of mice received 50 mg kg−1 of CY via i.p. injection 2 days before rechallenge There were 18 mice per group killed in groups of 3 mice per time point.
To ascertain DMAPT effectiveness in reducing lung metastasis, investigations were performed on mice of both the groups, killed on 16, 20 and 24 days of treatment.
For metastasis experiment, 1 × 10 cells were injected into the lateral tail veins of 6-week-old BALB/c nude mice (n=5 per group), killed at 12 weeks, and primary tumours and sites of metastasis were isolated.
