The antibodies were used at the following dilutions: 1 : 500 biotinylated rat anti- mouse B220) (Ranti- mouseB220ciences-Pharmingen, San Diego, CA, USA), 1 : 40 goat anti-(mouse CD14) (M-20; Santa Cruz) and 1 : 50 rat anti-(mouse F4/80) (gift from JW Pollard).
