Mice were anesthetized lethally at 8, 24, and 48 hours (5 mice at each time point).
N = 3 to 5 mice at each time point.
The number of survived mice at each time point was recorded and plotted.
Lobar weights were measured in N = 3 to 5 mice at each time point.
Within each mouse strain and gender arm, the study was performed as a basic four level Response Surface Pathway designed trial with nine mice at each dose level.
