Through scientists constantly efforts, it has accumulated a lot of methods, such as template method, self-assembly method, hydrothermal synthesis method, and polyol method, to synthesis different length to diameter ratio of silver nanowires.
Among these methods, co-precipitation, sol gel method, hydrothermal synthesis method, and supercritical drying techniques are often used [2, 3].
Current reliability evaluation methods, such as the analytic method, multilevel synthesis method and numerical simulation method, are all based on static logic.
Compared with the conventional hydrothermal synthesis method, microwave-assisted synthesis method employs microwave dielectric heating, uniform heating, or molecular selective heating.
Meanwhile, compared with previous deposition methods, this synthesis method offers advantages such as simpler operation, easier controlling, and lower cost.
Methods: The synthesis method is based on one step synthesis using a new precursor commercialized by ABX and is tuned on Ge FASTLab® synthesizer.
Gold nanoparticles are commonly manufactured by the citrate reduction method, a synthesis method pioneered by Turkevich et al. (1951).
As a result of some drawbacks in physical and chemical methods, biological synthesis method has been developed to obtain biocompatible, inexpensive, eco-friendly, and size-controlled nanoparticles[12].
For this reason, one-step CVD method and two-step template synthesis method have been developed to obtain those [18].
