In addition to the proton leakage from the magnetosphere observed in several experiments, the observations confirm the importance of bow shock acceleration for the population of medium energy protons in the near upstream region.
A Siemens SymbiaT SPECT/CT camera with a medium energy collimator was used.
A medium energy general purpose collimator was used.
Medium energy collimators were used on both systems.
The medium energy collimators provided minimum septum penetration of the higher energy photons of the I radionuclide [ 13].
