In an Excel spreadsheet we recorded the results of the searches, including which data format the term was found in, which study arm (investigational drug, active comparator, or placebo) the suicidality event occurred in, whether the term found was a verbatim or coded term, and the medical coding dictionary used in the trial.

Where possible, for each event we extracted the original term reported by the investigator, the term as coded by the medical coding dictionary, medical coding dictionary used, and the patient's trial identification number.
