Osteoclast-mediated resorption of bone is intimately linked to growth of breast cancer in bone [ 45].
Osteopetrosis is generally caused by failure of osteoclast-mediated resorption of skeleton.
In the present study this is reflected clearly both by the extent and time course of osteoclast-mediated resorption of dentin.
