Necropsies showed that PA-1 tumor-bearing mice treated with control media or low-dose LXSN- BRCA1sv died with large intra-abdominal tumors and ascites, whereas mice with high-dose LXSN- BRCA1sv treatments died of lung metastasis with significantly smaller abdominal tumor.
