From measurements of product distributions for this transformation, these authors formulated the reaction mechanism given in Fig. 15.
As alternative to the mechanism given in Fig. 4, it is proposed a hydrolysis of the ester bond as a side reaction (Fig. 5).
The increase of IFG/insula activation with methylphenidate is likely mediated by both noradrenergic and dopaminergic mechanisms, given that in frontal regions both in humans (15,69,70) and in animals (69,70) methylphenidate increases noradrenaline equally or more than dopamine via reuptake inhibition of noradrenaline transporters, which clear both catecholamines.
The over-representation of STaRRRT genes involved in transcriptional regulation (Additional file 1: Table S1) further supports a role for STRs in evolutionary mechanisms, given the suggested role for polymorphic TRs in modifying transcription and leading to rapid evolutionary changes [ 59, 60].
Anaemia mechanisms: The criteria used to define the three severe anaemia mechanisms are given in table 1. Etiological factors: Important etiological factors in the study population were defined by multivariate analysis and included: malaria, HIV, bacteraemia, hookworm infection and iron, vitamin B12 and vitamin A deficiency [10].
The n value is used to characterize different release mechanisms as given in Table 2, for the cylindrical shaped matrices.

This new PC-IN interaction mechanism gives the INs a richer role in cerebellar function than simply as an automatic gain controller for the PCs, as assumed before.
