Physiological data: monitoring data (Merlin®, Philips®, Eindhoven, The Netherlands), mechanical ventilator data (Evita 2, 4, and XL, Dräger®, Lübeck, Germany) blood loss, and urine output, registered during the first 4 hours in the ICU.
