For a subset of B/Y cells (n = 14) we measured spatial frequency tuning for achromatic and S-cone-isolating gratings.
In the horizontal direction, about 10% MTF drop was observed across the measured spatial frequency range (up to 70lps/mm), while in the vertical direction, about 20% MTF drop was observed.
