To implement the guidance of the Plan, the Ministry of Education distributed the Interim Measures on Supervision and Evaluation of Early Childhood Education in 2010, presenting a detailed description of the content, form, and standards of the supervision and evaluation.
My university seems shy about putting in place performance measures of PhD supervision, but is proactive about undergraduate students' evaluations of papers and lecturers.
