The Harris Hip Score (HHS) is a validated functional hip score that measures four items: pain, function, range of motion and deformity, in that order of importance.
Scores on the scale range from 0 (no pain) to 10 (maximum pain) and measures three items: facial expressions, limb movements, and vocal expression (Table 1).
The DI-5 measures five separate items including depression, anxiety, worthlessness, not coping and suicidal ideation.
The questionnaire covered the following six domains: welfare and the environment (measured by eight items), institutional image (measured by five items), intra- and inter-department relationship (measured by seven and five items, respectively) and personal professional learning and working conditions (measured by five and seven items, respectively).

The students' extent of preparation (measured by three items; α = 0.80), content (measured by five items; α = 0.82), group interaction (measured by three items; α = 0.79), and group size were used as independent (predictive) variables.
Social congruence was measured by three items and subject-matter expertise was measured by two while cognitive congruence was measured by five items.
General appreciation was measured by eight items, monetary appreciation was measured by five items (see Concepts and corresponding questionnaire items).
With permission from the author of the Chinese Version of the JCQ (C-JCL) [ 12], 22 core items were selected, including the four subscales such as DL measured by nine items, i.e., skill job discretion (6 items) and decision authority (3 items), PD measured by five items, and supervisor and co-worker support, both measured by four items.
