The ability of each of these outcome measures to improve predictive validity during pre-clinical evaluation of new treatments was not tested in this study, but use of these outcome measures and the modifications suggested in future studies using this model could provide critical additional data with respect to efficacy and safety.
FEA during implementation may identify new risks or adjust the assumptions made during design, and consequently help to identify risk-mitigating measures and any modifications to the project design and/or implementation arrangements that may be needed.
The Steno-2 study [ 2] clearly demonstrated that only intensive multifactorial intervention, involving pharmacological measures and lifestyle modifications, could promotes sustained beneficial effects on rates of death and cardiovascular disorders in T2DM patients.
However, if HFSR recurs on re-exposure to regorafenib, treatment may need to be interrupted again for at least a further 7 days and reintroduced at a further reduced dose (minimum 80 mg/day) or discontinued permanently if supportive measures and treatment modifications do not control symptoms (see Table 4).

The established methodology would contribute to the evaluation of the current policy measures and to the modification of the policy design for the municipalities.
FAO has organized the world data related to food prices in a unique index called the FAO Food Price Index (FFPI) that measures the trends and modifications in the global food market.
