Our primary results are those for measurements with two valid check readings.
ABP measurements with <20 valid readings during the day and/or <10 during the night had to be repeated.
(1) Outcome parameter diabetes: Highest evidence was expected from blood glucose measurements with internationally valid cut off-levels as defined by the American Diabetes Association or WHO (O = 1) [ 32].
Table 4-wrap> shows the geometric mean (with 95% confidence interval) and 25th, 50th, 75th and 90th percentiles for the four spot measurements, the 48-h bedside measurement and the mean of the bed spots and the mean of all four spots, for all measurements with two valid check readings.
For the primary results, based on measurements with two valid check readings (Table 9a-wrap>), there is a slightly elevated but non-significant risk for children with exposures of 10 to 20 V m−1 and more than 20 V m−1, when compared to the baseline group with exposures of less than 10 V m−1.
We extracted the following characteristics: methods (study design, sampling strategy, sample size, location, publication status), participants (recruitment, gender, age, proportion of SPFS), and outcome (accelerometer model used, number of days measured, cut-point used to define level of measurement, percentage respondents with valid measurements).
Of 376 patients with valid measurements, 40 patients (11%) had a decrease of at least 30% in the same measurement for either shoulder at twoor more consecutive visits.
Therefore, we imputed values < LOD even for analytes with low detection frequencies, because the summative measures were much more influenced by concentrations with valid measurement than by imputed values.
The two versions designed to deal only with valid measurements are optimal solutions of the OOS problem, while the other two remaining are suboptimal algorithms able to handle corrupted data.
The analysis will be performed using all cases with valid measurements on both tests.
