NeuronStudio [62] was used to measure total dendritic length and analyze neuron branch order.
We then used this software to count the number of intersections on the perimeter of each circle per neuron, as well as to measure total dendritic length and dendritic number.
Convex hull analysis was used to measure total dendritic length and area, while Sholl analysis was used to determine dendritic complexity/branching.
