Traditional television audience measurement evolves to video audience measurement – measuring the audiences for video content wherever, whenever, and however it is consumed.
A general rate-distortion (R-D) model for an embedded wavelet coder with a square-error distortion measure was used for video texture coding R(D) = φ ln(ω/D).
The averaging values of similarity measures for mentioned video sequences are shown in Table 1.
Therefore, a variety of measures have been proposed in the literature, but there has neither been a systematic overview nor an evaluation of measures for specific video analysis tasks yet.
The specific results for each dataset, including the values of the three performance measures for each video are listed in Supplementary Table 1.
The final SEG measure for a particular video is calculated as the mean of the Jaccard indices of all the reference objects in the video.

First, we measured the intrarater reliability for video analysis ("interreview") by calculating intraclass correlation coefficients and agreement frequencies between distances measured twice one week apart from the same video acquisition, for each muscle on each side.
