Our thresholding resulted in a final list featuring 78 modules spanning two to five conditions and covering 4194 unique genes (Table 1 and Supplementary Dataset S2).The mean module size is 100 genes.
Besides this density criterion, a module must also be statistically significant, which means the module should be highly unlikely to arise by chance in a randomized network with the same numbers of nodes and edges and the same degree distribution.

After the execution of the mean, the partial bitstream for the RM of the covariance matrix is downloaded to the specific region of the chip consisting of the mean module, and that region is reconfigured to the covariance matrix operation.

As expected, homogenization increased the mean module significance from 0.223 (p-value = 0.074) to 0.472 (p-value = 1.6 × 10-4).
Genes on list 1 and 2 were sorted according to the mean module membership in the Blue and Yellow Module, respectively.
There was high correlation within the modules as expected, with the mean module membership (MM), or mean correlation of gene expression with the module eigengene, varying from 0.54 to 0.81 across all modules of interest.
These results emphasize the robustness of the findings produced by our approach and confirm that the mean module expression in whole blood of module B, C, E, and F may be considered as robust markers of chronological age.
