Another means of energy conservation in buildings is to design the building with more consideration for its environment so that the need for active space heating or cooling by mechanical or electrical means is substantially reduced, if not, totally eliminated.
In all cases, it should be noted that the posterior medians were generally in better agreement between algorithms than were the posterior means, especially for v.
