Energy of the far field recordings was evaluated by the root mean squared value of a 10 ms trace (Table 1).
Presentations are explicit and straightforward, as the noise radiated from a region of interest is determined by simply summing the mean-squared values over that region.
The optimal controller/observer is derived which minimizes the mean-squared values of performance variables reflecting the human comfort, cargo safety, suspension working space, roadholding ability and control forces.
