On the northern German test site, the total mean soil loss was 0.43 t ha−1 year−1.
The mean soil loss rate on footpaths is 34 Mg ha− 1 year− 1 and on unpaved roads equals 35 Mg ha− 1 year− 1.
The mean soil loss followed the same trend with respect to land use, from 25g m−2y−1 to 3765g m−2y−1.
