Mean sizes and ratios are listed separately for different conditions.
Almond particles of three different mean sizes were tested.
Used nanoparticles presented mean sizes ranging from 2 to 20 nm, with a lognormal distribution.
Optimized nanoparticles had mean sizes <240 nm, PdI < 0.2 and zeta potential of <−30 mV.
