The bioavailability of both oxycodone and acetaminophen was within the acceptable limit of 80 125% for the 90% confidence interval for the geometric least squares mean ratio for AUC and Cmax for high-fat state versus fasted state.
The differences between the treatment groups in changes from baseline in BMD were of unclear clinical relevance, as the geometric least squares mean ratios for these treatment group comparisons were close to 1 (range 0.98 0.99).
