"me in" is not a grammatically correct phrase in written English.
It could possibly be used in informal spoken language, but even then it would be considered slang or colloquial speech. In written English, it would be more appropriate to use the phrase "myself included" or "including me" instead. Example: I invited all of my friends to the party, with me included.
