These factors may include: the availability of appropriate health technology which require minimum skill with accompanying inputs and institutional changes.
These inadequacies may include limited availability of (or access to) affordable preventative care or treatment regimens that could help manage risk factors of NCD, as well as of sufficient or well-equipped clinical facilities and staff [ 24, 25].
Reasons for that may include their availability to people, who collect them freely in the bush and woods, and their beneficial effect against cholera and other bacterial gastrointestinal diseases [ 28- 30].
